A proud military spouse rooted in Camden County since 2013, she brings local expertise and a commitment to personalized, reliable service. Whether managing investments or helping clients find their perfect rental, Michelle is dedicated to protecting and enhancing every property she handles. 

  Morgan is the friendly face and helping hand behind Breakwater Property Management’s daily operations. Born and raised in Camden County, she brings both local insight and a strong work ethic to her role as Property Management Assistant. With experience as a bar manager, bartender, and administrative assistant, Morgan thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep things organized, efficient, and welcoming. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her large, close-knit family, attending concerts, and hunting for shark teeth along the Georgia coast.
